Yes, it's a 1.50 then, you can upgrade with the 3.52 M33 update, just make sure you're at 1.50 when you do it (And not whilst using DevHook)

do i have to delete anything from my psp or mem card or should i just connect it to my pc and upgrade?

Just upgrade, though afterwards, it is best to format your card (Back up your data beforehand, gamesaves etc)

should i take the mem card out and format it after ive upgraded or should i leave it in my psp when i upgrade?
