my MAC Address was gone
I can't use any application on my PSP
it says

This game cannot be started
The region code is not correct.

Try the Create Key Function, or delete then create.

im kinda new with this stuff. i don't want to risk bricking my psp-- again. so...1st, put the idstorage thing in my psp right? then turn it on...then...uhm...if you don't have the time, it's ok=)
