You can't sell modded console on eBay and you especially can't sell pirated games. They'll most likely pull the auction, before it can close. Craiglist is probably your best bet especially if it's going to be a one time thing.

thanks, my 360 ein't modded now coz i got it repaired my M$ and they changed the dvd drve as i said before, but i could like say contact for more information and then say tht yes the games are pirate.

Sellin 360 with copied games online? Waht ,do you want to get errested? Why not sell it to Bill Gates? (LOL)Ebay corp will report you, and if they don't some of the viewers will. Are you that desporit to sell it? You could always use it for DVD player, or dowmload latest games before they come out? My sugestion: Keep it. Oh and don't say copies, there back ups, OK?
