Yup.. you could downgrade your PSP use pandora with universal unbricker v3...or you could just use plain old pandora..

please can someone give me proper help, not just "you need pandora", i have:
1: a slim psp with 3.80 official firmware which i want to downgrade back to 3.71 m33-2
2: a fat psp which is totally bricked (the blue screen of death wont leave)
3: my brother has a slim psp with 3.71 m33-2, but he's hesitant to let me use it
4: a spare 1GB memory stick pro duo
please can someone tell me step by step what to do, and can i guarantee to my brother that i wont screw up his psp?

Yup... other CFW takes about only a few weeks after the Official one..but I think this will be released next month(HOPED SO...) just maybe.. I think it's takes a while cause 3.80 has newer features .... like the radio thing...

Why would Sony come out with a new version of the original PSP now or ever? They've already just rehashed it with the Slim. Unless they're making a PSP 2, as in a whole new system/platform, they're retarded.

No, they wont. It's too soon to be thinking of another redesign already. 2.71 was over 2 years into the original model's lifetime. I'll leave the mysterious 03g prx thing to a typo, even though that could potentially mess with the ipl...but probably not. Mistake, in my opinion.

But... Sony might create another model of the PSP so they can end the homebrew scene automatically for someone to buy the new PSP...
They might stop selling the Slim and FAT and just sell the unidentified PSP... Who knows?
