its called update_plugin.prx all u need to do is go into recovery mode by keeping hold of R and switching on psp go to where the flash0 flash 1 2 3is (backup flash first) then press X on flash 0 and it will bring up that part of ur memory card on ur pc now copy the update_plugin.prx wot u downloaded into the vsh/module folder and click yes to overwrite

than go back to psp click on flash 0 againg and the box on ur pc will close then dissconnect the usb connection restart psp normally

then wen it come back on go to the network update and

Hold Rtrigger and press X on the update icon to shut down the psp.

Press X to reboot the psp

works fine on mine and thats all it does a quick way to turn off ur psp
