Hi Myles have C****s MMDS. Upgraded to digital basic service. Living in Sligo. API is 5.01e_E version 7.0 12 DEc 2007.

box T updated tonight but satanta sp are showing as bad or scrambeled channels. Have tried doing a factory reset as another thread suggested but to no avail. Any help appreciated

Heres a question for you axx there are rumours that Ch**us MMDS may migrate to DVB-C similar to the N** MMDS variant, no time scale as yet but have been told that it may happen after they finish their digital upgrade and turn off the remaining analogue areas, (which there are only a few of).
So that leaves all people with a T type box having to change to a C type, a lot of money down the drain.

Press menu, then type 1570, this will give you the cas menu, on the bottom you will see EMU, scroll down change to ON and exit exit

Hi
Have the boxT and the channels have disappeard since Today Jan 13th.
I see there is Firmare going around but was wondering has this been tried recently? I know a lot of systems have stopped working so is it a case the boxT is now one of them,.
I have RTE 1 and Sky news and a couple of music channles but thats it..
in Limerick..
Any ideas?

Sorry false alarm.. got it working again by putting EMU on as it was switched to off..
