Perhaps now with the certain demise of HD-DVD everyone will give it a break...until the BR fanboys start poking at the HD die hards trying to stir up more arguements.

I haven't jumped in either direction and probably won't for some time...I suspect the new format to go the way of the laser disc personally.

All I can say is Praise the lord, it looks like this crap is finally over.
All these blu-ray and hd-dvd threads were starting to give me a damm headache and I swear to god the next one of these little pinheads who called someone a retard or childish because they didn't post a 5000 word comment or have 18 links to websites about the format war, was gonna get a size 12 shoe right up the ass.
One last thing, does it really matter who won what, I mean will that prevent the earth from spinning or the sun rising tommorrow.
