I have a chance to buy a pandora battery and magic stick that has custom firmware.

"This installs Custom firmware 3.80 M33-5, allows you to download your game isos and play them and so much more stuff."

would this be a good buy to do what ever to my slim and what do that mean by much more stuff? All I really want to try and do is download games. is it worth getting?

What's the cost & where are you getting it from? If it's eBay - I'd steer clear personally.

It might be just as cheap if not cheaper to buy a datel tool battery and a memory stick if you don't already have one.

55 for the battery and 1 gb stick. what is a data tool battery and what would I all have to do in order to make this pandora battery and stick. I want to do this the cheapest way so what ever the cheapest way is please point me in the right direction. I dont use the psp a lot only when I fly and I fly like 1 a week

there are gides in the mod and firmware dis on how to make them

thanks for the advice i tried to go through each one the the sticky and I dont think I would be able to do anything like that. I am new to all this stuff. I am trying to find someone who has one or if I could send a battery and mem stick to do it for me and then send it back

You can get a datel tool battery from codejunkies.com for like $25.00. Takes about 2 weeks to get.
Did a memory stick come w/ the psp? If one did then just use it to created the magic memory. When you are done putting custom firmware on it then just format it with the psp - and the mo=emory stick willbe 'normal' again.
The guide is really very easy to follow and really isn't all that hard.

But check out that link for the free services - looks like there might be someone near you.
