i have a eurovox blue clone which i cannot change the channels on it(i have tested the remote with the mobile camera and itis good)i have opened the top and checked the soldered connections and ribbon cable and connections are good. i suspect the ir sensor is faulty but where on the front panel (which component)is the ir sensor and does any body know where i can get replacment

Yeah I've decided to get the Eurovox EX5000 or is it EX5100. I wanted to know if you know any sellers that you can recommend. Cheers

Thanks Malci. I will look into it. Are there anymore sellers that you recommend. I was going to buy a Eurovox froma site called www(dot)satandcable(dot)com but I've read a few times some people have bought boxes that turned out to be clones. Thanks again.

To be honest WA, I can't because there is that many boxes been cloned, (Don't really like to recommend anyway) also I would not like to get involved in name/shame etc. I know for sure that the one I linked you too is good, have seen same/heard same as you say.
