I live in the area and had this guy repair one of my systems, I told him probably not a good idea to advertise it on the internet like that but apparently he doesn't care.

It's not the console modding the guy is doing, it's the backups. In big bold letters he's offering Madden, which isn't even in the stores yet. Then he goes on to offer a $3 discount if you buy 6 or more backups.
If you guys feel I'm a bad guy for reporting a bad guy, so be it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... and I respect that.
If you guys think it's acceptible to earn a living off piracy, well... that's your choice.
Remember, it's not because of this guy alone, but a million of these guys, why we have the RIAA, MPAA, ESA, etc., etc. breathing down everybodies back. And people who feel that selling pirated material is fine just add to the problem.

not to be a douche but nowhere in the add does it say copies of games or backups. yes you can use common sense but from a legal perspective he/she hasnt said anything about illegal games. As for madden, some people do get games early, legally.
And as someone that has been caught, I hate rats. I wasnt nor am I on welfare and doing this to make a living. I did it for co-workers and charged next to nothing but one of you "good guys" turned me in.
No one on here talking about making backups or burning games should have anything bad to say about people like him or me. We are all doing things illegally.
