Did you see my previous post about the orange flashing lights?
I can't tell from your pics if there are any bridged traces but I would try to clean up some of that flux so that it's easier to see. If you have a multimeter you can use that to check for continuity.
By the way what wattage soldering iron are you using?
I know that most people who are novices, myself included, should probably only be using a 15watt iron and never more than a 30watt.
XBOX Halo Ed. = DuoX2 w/250gb HD
Xbox 360 Red Elite 120GB HDD = no-stealth 1.6 & XBReboot V3 & 1TB usb hdd
PS2 Slim = freemcboot v1.8 - PSP Black Slim = 5.00m33-6
Wii = w/ Blue XCM ii-case, Wiikey2 & softmodded

Can you please tell me which points to test for continuity
And how to clean the flux off the MoBo?
I have a controlled soldering iron you know the ones where you can adjust the tempreture?

Sorry used my common sense and some searching and answered my own questions!
I used a sharp needle to scrape the flux off the MoBo (see pictures Much cleaner and clearer) and used this image in finding w/c points to do the continuity on
HERE are the new pictures of the installation
Still the ORANGE led is flashing cannot find any solder splashes or bridges on the board, Is there any othere causes for a orange LED to flash?
THANX FOR YOUR REPLIES!
HOPE WE CAN FIX IT SOON...

Wow that looks much better now. Good job on cleaning that up.
I'm stumped if you don't have any visible splashes or messed up traces.
The only thing that I can comment on is that your bank switch is set to bank 1 and I think it should be set to bank 0. I know it matters with the blue chips but I can't remember if it's an issue with the white ones since they aren't pre-flashed.
Does anyone else have any thoughts or comments?

STILL FLASHING ORANGE
I've been testing the capacitors for continuity I think they should be continuos but one of my capacitors is not continuos could maybe a faulty capacitor cause the flashing orange led?
Heres what happened I was playing it about 5 years ago then about after 2 months of playing the xbox fell on the floor when i tried to boot it up the HDD started clicking It was trashed so I bought the duo x2 cromwell and installed it not knowing that the d0 point was not right! so i booted it up then i booted up and came up with the normal green x boot screen so I left it there then about a month ago I decided to boot it up then there was nothing only the flashing orange led's but about 5 years ago it booted up ok I did nothing to it in that time it was sitting in my desk in the room and suddenly when I booted it up to my supprise it showed the flashing orange led's so it cant be a solder splash or cut trace bec. i didn't do anything to it it was just sitting on my desk what could have happened??? It also did not get wet!

When I was disassembling the xbox earlier i took out the metal RF shield and put back the xbox without it in!
so it had no metal shell and the BT point was not soldered in for some reason when i turned it on
It booted up with the green x and then the error screen it showed in the upper lefthand corner number 07
I booted it up several times just to make sure then the last 5 times I turned it on the sound was off but
the animation (green x) still showed but no sound then i turned it off and soldered the BT point back in
and tried to turn it on then the orange flashing led came back!
Any ideas?

I think I've found the problem while I was looking around the board I noticed some leakage on the board it was coming from a capacitor so i desoldered the capacitor and sure enough it was the one that was leaking so I took a picture of where it was on the board hoping some one could help me fix this.
It was positioned at C7G3 directly below the DVD drive close to the front.
It said on the capacitor itself 2.5v 1F Series B Powerstor Aerogel 2302-1
1.Which capacitors would also work as an alternative?
2.Would the box boot up without it or what?
3.Is it OK to use acetone (nail polish remover) to clean up the MoBo where it leaked?

It would probably start without it fitted.. They are just to take ripple off power rails usually. That liquid is conductive tho.. and the best thing to get it off is probably alcohol while bearing in mind that it's likely to be pretty unpleasant stuff so don't get it in your mouth.. wash your hands after etc ;) Acetone is likely to melt the board and do all sorts of other harm.
there should be another number on the cappy.. are you sure it's not .1µF @ 2.5V (that sounds like a reasonable value.. close enough for rock and roll).. dirt cheap.. have a root around inside some broken electronics and you will find something that will do.. V (volts) not so important as value.. 2.5 or over is fine.. They are polarised.. with one leg being marked on the can as - white stripe usually.. to white marking on board... others nearby give clues.
Looks like there is a fair bit of damage, but it's hard to tell from just a picture. You will possibly find that it exploded as a result of a fault elsewhere.. the 3 legged transistor very close by looks like it has got a bit hot... but that could just be the lighting..
replace the cap and see what happens.

Thanks for your reply Sir, Yes I'm sure its 2.5v 1F aerogel capacitor not very easy to find and none of the electronics I have contain this Capacitor even shops that I ask don't have it
When I turn on the XBOX it just flashes orange
How can I check if the Capacitors are OK with a multimeter??
How can I check if the transistor nearby is OK w/ a multimeter??
