Please don't take my comment to be bash on you or anyone, that wasn't my point. We were having the argument of cheap media vs slightly more expensive and better quality media. Basically, the consensus from most people experienced with media (I've burned a few thousand discs in the past few years) is that cheap media will give you cheap results. I know from experience because I used to buy the cheap crap and now stuff I burned a year or more ago is starting to fail and I'm having to start my collection over. So for me, Verbatims for my single-layer discs ($.25 a disc isn't bad) and Verbatims for my dual-layer dics ($1.80 or so isn't bad), I really think it will pay off.
