Thanks for the info everyone. Could I achieve my goal (watching vids from computer on tv) using an x box. Someone at Dell (I was searching maybe for a new computer with hdmi capability) suggested this. They said the x box would receive a wireless signal from the computer, I dont have one yet but will help justify getting one to my wife if this is true. Thanks again.

I have a ms7150 (rs480m) motherboard. Thanks for the help. I haven't tried the dvi-to-hdmi yet, I definitely will though.

Hey, still got no hdmi audio option, even after installing the latest ATI drivers, nothing. Is there any reasonably priced card out there that can connect my pc to tv, would it just be easier to go with a media streamer? I'm fed up with this card, Any recommendations?

I don't think you'll solve the problem by buying another card, or I would have told you to do that long ago.
