I'm pretty sure i've seen some addicts being banned before. Although of course it might have taken a staff member to do it.

Hey Creaky,
It is getting close to Christmas, if you were good this year, you could ask Santa to be banned from Afterdawn.
- of course, it wouldn't happen until Dec 25. So you would have to stick around til then.. lol
