Fixed it. Apparently the orginal owner must of had a damaged Benq drive and thought that if he bought a new MS25 drive and spoofed it as a MS28, it'll work again. It wasn't until TCS614 reminded me that the guy I bought the Xbox from probably didn't spoof it right did I finally fixed it. What I did was I made several copies of the firmware and I spoofed each copy to different dvd models (MS25, MS28, Benq etc.) and began flashing the crap out out of it. It wasn't long before I finally got the thing to work when the drive was flashed as a spoofed Benq.
