i am having the exact same proplem with doing a friends starview box. i am able to do my eurovox boxes fine. i have the null modem cable from maplin and i even tryed another null modem cable i have. i am on xp and i just dont understand what the proplem is.

once im hitting download it waits a while on 0% then just says flash update fail....

Anyone got any ideas

i have tryed the two versions of software the 8.0.2 and the 8.0.4. both get the same problem, could it be anything to do with me being on a router as i have recently just got the router installed.
