Thanks for all your help Double DD, I tried all your recommendations, I downloaded the config disk and evidently they have added an update to the wiikey 2 and I was able to get it directly from them without having to use a torrent. I went through all the settings, I even let the wii update to the latest, and still had no luck. Still the only back up that would work was the original one I created. So, I kept reading your comments, and because you had mentioned that every console can be different and picky, I tried to think back of anything different I may have done in the burning process, and the only thing I could come up with, was I had used a different burner(both burners are ASUS, both are SATA, the only difference is the model number and one is lightscribe) tried the first burner and the game played perfectly. I was ready to tear the thing back open and forget it. I appreciate your help, and if anybody else is reading this, I hope my experience will help you. thanks
