Pass experience I have had, was a pain and costly. Also, shop around local and internet for the same item and compare. Some stores, do price matching as well!
That's nothing new that you will not get a refund or return. I had that experience with them way before they were in deep doo doo. I never did get satisfaction and still have their defective junk. They claimed that my time ran out on their 90 day return when I showed them the receipt which was their error in spite of a defective item.

Perhaps losing customers while I and probably many others ranted and raved had something to do with their demise.

,,,,,what is the matter with you guys...bankrupcy means no more stores in the future ..no more services or active warranties service options...all what is sold is on your own responsibility to absorb if defective unless it is a well known and healty brand name ...on the day it fails
,,,as a rule i do not buy from any bankrupcy sale unless the brand is a secured name company .... i buy from a store wich is staying on the map to give me service,,,maybe a little more costly ...but i get satisfaction for years to come
,,,mmost times those sales have rigged up prices ...not worth it

The service plans are still valid as they are through third party companies. Also, the manufacturer warranties still apply, though I would rather take it back to a store if it was broke straight out of the box.
