So i went to try it out, and every time i try to create the EBOOT I get this: "This application has faild to start because cygwin.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
Everytime I try, I get this...

you CANNOT play fullscreen psp games. they are coded to be in 480p. and 480p means component cables and a 480p tv.
ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure
got a whole lot more to list . . .

Alright...I downloaded the cygwin.dll, unzipped it and placed in in the RS-GUI PopStationMD v3.00 folder, and AGAIN I tried to make the EBOOT...
This is what I got:
"This application has faild to start because cygwin.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
AGAIN!!!
Why is it doing this? I have the file thats needed, yet the GUI still cant find it...
Any ideas Shaggy?

the only other thing is it may need to go in your systems folder c:\windows\system or c:\windows\system32 but i'm not sure why its asking for cygwin1.dll now for all i know their may be another one but i've never had to use this for the most part programs that ask for cygwin.dll that were missing it, i just had to place it in the folder that the .exe was in and thats it so i recommend using a better psx2psp converter like autopopstation4
@cee43ja1
using the fusa plugin psp games, psx, homebrew and movies can go to full screen without needing component cables, just so you know.
the latest fusa can change the full screen mode with 3 or 4 settings so no matter what cable or tv you use their is a mode that will give you full screen just by pressing both volume buttons for a few seconds to get to the menu

make sure speed boost is enabled in the menu and you can try changing the screen mode so its not as stretched other then that just wait for speed improvements and more screen modes

Hey Shaggy, Does your RS GUI PopstationMD 3.0 work on your computer?
If yes, what did you do to get it to work?

autopopstation4, is a dos prompt and pretty easy to use. their are better ones that let you create multi boot eboots but as for the basics it works good
