When you start the program, have the box turned off at the little switch on the back, then when you click on start, count to 2 and then turn the switch on

what one is that do you mean is it the comm port that is selected already when you open the loader?its com1 when i open it.but im ''downloading not requested''

open control panel.then system then device manager.then on the list that opens go down to ports(com&lpt)click that and your cable should come up.should say what come its on beside it.if not click into it.now when the new box opens click the port setting tab.then click advanced and see what com port number it is.then open up your loader.click download and change the port to whatever the other one said.

cheers got it working,only thing is though i had to follow the instructions on another thread where you leave the box on,open loader etc then press start and press the red button half way down the remote twice and then the standby button once,then it started downloading

Hi lads i got the new kryptview arnet box today and ALL channels are working 100% great little box full epg workin to better menu than starview got it for 85 sterling easy to flash and scan bit longer than starview but worth it im in waterford ireland bought mine in uk lads pm me for dealer
