vista sucks...that's the only reason.. he.he. You need to update the framemaker for the GUI, it's not the WBFS that has a problem...
you can also used the DOS command line but that's to much complicated for you..
Well at least it get's you going...not sure if version 8 works for you..Happy gaming..
-- Can you do the same thing on the WBFS 2.2.2, right click and launch as admin?

Yes, I can confirm in vista, you have to launch the WBFS as administrator in order to get it work. If you just start it from the start bar and try to format the drive, it will ended in error.

I guess I never thought of that. I use Vista but have the UAC turned off. That is probably why I don't have to run it as administrator. Next time I run across this issue I will tell them to try running it as administrator.

Did anyone find a fix for this? I had the same error as the first post. Nothing working with WBFS and none of my cd/dvd burners were detected by Nero or Img Burn. I uninstalled Nero and WBFS works like a charm. Maybe you've installed some software recently that could be messing with WBFS?

Ok guys i need help. I installed WBFS 3.0 and all of that went fine. Then when i tried to open it, good ol' vista screws with me and says "WBFS Manager has stopped working" The under it its says "windows is collecting info, to help fix this." Anyone out there who has any suggestions, or maybe another program like this???
