when you open the file up that you have just provide the link for you have 6 files is it the image.bin file?

also while I was waiting for your reply I opened the cue file with power iso and it is the audio file in there sameas the bin file
just thought I would check it out

What version of imgburn are you using? Some people have had issues with the new version, you could try an older version, or try burning with a different image burner like dvd decrypter or nero!!

I used the img burn version justbefore rthe latest update and just tried the latest but no joy
I just tried dvd decrypter
no joy
I will install nero and see if it will work

Just like to say thankyou for all of your help the other day.The link that you provided worked great and I managed to burn it off using nero
It started up straight away and I was able to unlock the hitatchi drive.I had one big headache that day when doing that drive!But thanks again.
Couldn't believe it the following day I sold a power pack on ebay and the guy come knocking on my house the following day saying that it doesn't fit in his xbox360.All it was,was a dummy piece of plastic in the way stopping the plug from going in.So I snapped the piece of plastic and it worked fine.
Why does xbox do these silly things???

would you happen to know how to retrieve your key from a broken dvd drive
I have an elite here that has a broken benq drive that had the power shorted out
The xbox works fine it was just the dvd drive
I know I have an expensive dvd player at the moment lol

Not sure if there is mate, i think you going to need power to the drive to get the key but sounds like that aint going to happen, there is one way and thats reading the TSOP chip on the motherboard but that means desoldering the chip and running it through a special reader. And finding someone that does that will be hard! So i think you are pretty much bolloxd, Sorry

I thought if I could somehow power the drive I may have got it.
Anyway bolloxed sounds like a good word to use.
