i think what fergus was saying was it took 11weeks for a fix,dont think he said it was bad box,he does not care what it does, a picture and sound u get from any box.

This thread is titled "skywonder talking bull" not "Kryptview versus ITGate" which actually should have its own thread in fairness.
Yes the ITGate is probably a better box but in terms of support I think not, fact is Kryptview sorted out its Irish buyers in less than a day, ITgate took 10-12weeks
