It's okay. you helped alot.
I tryed the CFW 5.03GEN-A for HEN i flashed it using L or R botton then pressed O. It didn't reboot. It just shut downed and I had to start it manualy i tryed for a couple of times but it just wont reboot.
Now I'm trying the CFW Enabler 3.10. It was in spanish so it took a while to translate it. I'll post feedback in a few minutes

Okay my System software changed to 5.03 M33. I guess that's it. Now I just need to know where to put my iso, cso or pbp files for the psp to load.

:( I managed to load CFW Enabler 3.10 and put on a couple of games on my psp. It shows them in the game menu but whenever I try to load them the psp crashes and shuts down. Is there any other homebrew programs that enables a custom firmware on chickhen?

OK, did you use the ChickHEN I gave you? That's why GEN-A didn't work if you did use the one I gave you I gave you the wrong one.
CFWE you should be able to get in english but whatever. As for ISO, put your .iso or .cso files in the ISO folder in your memory stick root (ms0:/ISO)
If theres not a folder there, make one.

It still wont boot up after installing CFW 5.03GEN-A for HEN.
after I press O screen will go black with green power led on for like 15 seconds then it'll shut down on its own.

OK in installing GEN-A tell me if you did these steps EXACTLY.
1. Connect your PSP to the computer via USB when you have loaded ChickHEN R2
2. Unzip 5.03GEN-A
3. Double click on ?LAUNCH-ME.exe? (GUI)
4. PSP Model: depending on your PSP, choose the option PSP-2000 or PSP-3000
5. Mode: Choose option FULL
6. PSP Install: Choose option YES
7. Push START
8. The files are copied on your PSP
9. Disconnect the PSP from USB
10. Launch the main EBOOT.PBP using ChickHEN R2 (only R2! NOT R1!).
11. When the app loads, press L or R to flash the firmware in your flash. YOU ONLY NEED MAKE IT ONE TIME!
12. Press CIRCLE to reboot in the custom firmware.

Yep, I did exactly that and it still won't reboot after pressing CIRCLE. Screen goes black and green power led is on for a couple of seconds then it shuts down.

ok well from what i've read, cfwe and gen-a don't work very well on 2000 with a ta-088v3 motherboard, which is what you have. Those psp's suck bad. Just put cfwe or gen-a on your 3000.

Yeah, thats what they were meant for... I've done it twice personally, once with mine, and another with my friends. Do the exact same but on a 3000.
