I'm wondering the same thing. If i played a corrupted one and then I fix it and reburn do i still get banned?
That is something we are going to have to wait and see matey, time will tell, lol. I got another question, if i installed the game to my hardrive using the bad crc but have now fixed the problem do i have to delete it and re-install the game to the hardrive?

good question, but since nobody will know 100% either way, i would do it just in case.

im not worried- like a lot of AD members, i have several boxes in waiting if i do get banned. on a somewhat related topic, has anyone burnt ghostbusters since it hit the abgx database? after this bad dmi thing im hesitant to burn an iso right away. ive had the iso since last week and after this its back to strictly ripping my games.

I really don't believe that there is going to be any future issues with this. The problem was identified pretty quickly. It was an issue when connecting the ripping drive with a sata to usb connector that resulted in bad dmi info.
Since it was identified, either a fix is being made, or (more likely) they also just know not to do that anymore. Plus, they simply said that checks are now in place to prevent it from happening.
I have full confidence in the team. They've got us this far so far, and the only issue they have had was identified quickly, and fixed so it won't happen again. I'll keep using it.
yeah, im curious how they plan to make sure this doesnt happen again since im not on the mirc chats. i read (either here or xs)that previously two people had to upload data before it was verified, but not enough people are helping so one person dumps it twice and if the data matches, its verified. not sure if this is true but if i had known more people were needed i would certainly offered my services as would a lot of more established AD members i would assume.
