Oh yes, the product photo is taken during development and doesn't reflect the final product. I'll forward the request for photos of the final version, but I'm pretty sure we won't be getting any of the exclusive un-boxing photos or videos. =)

And remember, version 2.0 (the terrible two's) really is just the tip of the iceberg. When she gets into the early double-digit versions (not as fast as Firefox got there hopefully), you have to start worrying about injection vulnerabilities and such. There's allot of "Malware" out there just looking for unpatched software and open ports...
