Apple loses patent case to Samsung in Japan

Over the past week, there has been a lot reported on Apple's victory over Samsung in the U.S. over 7 claims of patent infringement.
A jury ruled that Samsung owes Apple $1.05 billion for the infringement, and Apple is seeking an injunction on some of its rival's older devices, like the Galaxy S II.

Fact is apple isn't playing fair... lots of these companies have patents that apple have also violated but just choose not to hinder technological advances or even bother with a lawsuit
this is a reboot of apple strategy 20 years ago after Steve Jobs left against windows that was an EPIC FAIL and it would be again because all they are doing is Giving Samsung more Free PRESS Coverage.
Its Easy apple fans have Been asking for a lot of the iPhone, basic functionalities and vital hardware changes that they cannot get even with a jail break. Apple needs to listen to them instead of trying to SNUFF out the Competition, this is getting the ridiculous they have sued EVERY Manufacturer before their Major Device Launch this year

It might be statements like

I think calling someone a moron or an idiot is far more likely to be classed as flaming, I do post things knowing it will get people fired up but at the end of the day I stick to facts, if people choose to oppose those facts in an aggressive manor that's their problem, not mine!

iphone5 is not really going to change the phone game it grew .5 inches wow and the camera moved over above the speaker another wow my point when apple can make a phone that will blow any galaxy phone out the water than i might give a wow but every galaxy phone that has dropped has changed in every possible way thinner faster better my gs2 and gs3 will wax the floor any given sunday on apple

If you post BS you don't believe to get people fired up, that's pretty much the definition of starting a flame war, you'd think.
If you like the iPhone even though it's far inferior in every sense, go for it, but when you post inflammatory things with no supporting facts, i.e.

Samsung S3 didn't just take the #1 spot in America for no reason.
So just because the gs3 is more powerfull in a side by side power comparison it "must" be the better device???
I made my "real life" judgement based on the fact I have access to gs2 and an iPhone 4 (previously owned a 3GS), and after a couple of hours of setting up the gs2 for my wife my personal opinion was the phone felt cheaply made, the interface looked alot like an iPhone, and I preferred the iPhone, which feels good quality, and the general operation of the device overall is more fluid.
The only 2 things I prefer on the gs2 are the amoled screen (for the rich colours, not resolution) and the speaker is louder.
