The point about exercise is really true. It's supposed to be the best therapy for depression for many people. Unfortunately we have a medical culture where the first reaction to just about anything is to prescribe drugs.

Without question, Alcohol and caffee are almost manditory. But not too excess. Also Ascorbic acid doesn't hurt either. Thats one acid I get a lot of.

hehe more like weed and xanax and valium and vicodin. I dont drink anymore (sober 12 years now, yaay me), and with 4 kids you gotta have something to take the edge off. I fully understand why lions eat thier young.

I was on paxil for a while, until little deeman wouldn't salute anymore. I switched to zoloft needless to say. But, I prefer the homemade prozac. It involves a huge salami sandwich and vanilla ice cream. I discovered this concauction one day after my girlfried left me. After the homemade prozac I couldn't have given a shit less if she got hit by a bus. Hooray, I was cured!

drchips, that was funny. I can remember hearing that before on comedy thing on CBC. Good jokes.
Praxil, is one of the worst drugs. Over prescribed and terrible side effects. I would recomend get off that one.

You know what's a good drug? Vitamin C circular tablets. Love the way they make water into Tango.

Thats why I had Vitamin C in my drug list. Ascorbic acid = Vitamin C, but sounds cooler.
Is Tango like tang, but with a kangoroo.

geez, for a thread that started from me just wanting to bable on a bit, it sure has turned into a medical thread, but thast ok, no topic was ever really intended anyways so feel free to carry on. I only eat flintstone vitamins, but only because i get some sort of twisted joy from biting the head off of barney rubble.

I always liked putting the Wilma and Betty ones in my mouth and letting them get warm and wet together. A childhood fantasy come true.

I think Neph wins for the twisted childhood. But you can`t blame him, he grew up in the states. Gun in one hand and a beer in the other. :)

Good! It would be a shame if my kids didn't have other gun toting, cigarette smoking heathens to hang out with when they grow up ;-)

I believe Prisoner is in Canada. I can understand how he feels, what with Canada just being kind of like a suburb of the US and all 8D
