I just installed my tv tuner card, but i get real crackly sound quality... I have onboard audio and have great sound through my windows media player. Can anybody help me?

Hi,

Is any other sound crackly? If so it may be due to some other software process such as a firewall running in the background. I had this problem when I installed a new version of Zone Alarm.
