Trouble backing up Playboy Mansion on PS2

I have made a backup copy of the playboy game using Nero. The game works but it runs realy slow,freezes and has short pauses all the time. The console also makes a ratteling sound like disk is vibrating inside. It is doing the same thing with the origonal disk. I have backed up lots of other games using same method and never had this problem. What could be causing this?

It sounds like your laser needs adjusted http://arstechnica.com/articles/paedia/hardware/ps2.ars/1 check out here, also what media are you using? look here http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm for a full list of good media. Try using dvddecrypter to backup your games check out the ps2 forums on how to use it
