Help Identify Mod Chip w/ Space Game Intro

I was curious about what mod chip was installed in my PS2 but would rather avoid cracking it open. Upon loading a game, a little interactive spaceship game displays w/ references to "Red Eye" before the real PS2 game comes on. Additionally, this was modded in the Philippines. I hope that's enough clues. Thanx for any insights into this.
