Possible to use Code Breaker as Swap Disc?

I'm wondering, I have v3.3 of Code Breaker, and I wondered if I could activate that, then just choose "no codes", go to the "load the game" screen, and then pull the code breaker out and swap in a cd-r? Thanks for your help.

yes you could although you would have very limited sucess, you would be better suited to using swap magic but codebreaker is an old method and as i said will have limited success and ay only work on PS1 games im not sure i haven't fully tested this method myself so i couldn't say for sure.
