One thing i will add to my previous instructions, which this link is to.
Leave ISO buster open during this whole process until you get all the files dropped and dragged into Nero so you know what order they go in, and yes Nero will reaarange the file as you drop then in but don't worry they will burn in the order you dropped them in there.

If you do not have Nero then see my page here on rebuilding an iso, you can use ISO Buster and CDVDGEN instead but it has a lot more steps. but because the game has garbage files this can not be avoided as long as you use swap magic, a mod chip you will not have to rebuild iSO's
