now my problem is i use clone dvd2 i tried a copy of an original disc it copied went to burn and it went half way threw burn process n stopped saying media error try new disc i did and it went 30% said same thing i turned off dvd43 and it burnt the movie i went to do another movie w clone dvd2 it said the movie was copy writed however any dvd was still on can u help what should i do

You should never run AnyDVD and DVD43 at the same time, your just begging for trouble, run one or the other not both.

what eactly was the media error?
can you post a log file ?
what type of media are you using?
How recent is your version of AnyDVD?

As you have both programs installed it looks like there is a conflict.Uninstall both applications.Then shut down and re start your pc.Then re install slysofts AnyDVD and not the other.Then see how you go

and what movie was it ?, most movies don't need any extra help from AnyDVD or the other stuff..
