I am managing to shrink using shrink 3.2, I usually save as ISO in my ?c? drive and then burn to DVD.
When I play disk on a stand alone DVD player the picture has shrunk. That is I?m getting the picture on screen squashed down. It is as if it has burnt in possibly widescreen format.
What to I need to do when I?m starting in shrink 3.2 and onto DVD.

Is the movie you are burning widescreen? Try changing the video settings on your standalone to widescreen or pan and scan and see if this makes a difference :~)

where are you getting these ISOs from? Commercial DVDs, downloads, or homemade movies (AVI, MPEG)?

how does the original movie look compared to the burn? This is a strange problem that I've never encountered, except converting AVI to dvd and forcing aspect ratio. Is it just this one movie that does it or a bunch or all of them?

I agree squizzle I have not heard of this other than with AVI, that is why I made the suggestion about the standalone settings. I had this problem on two of my standalones because they were set to letterbox, and the widescreen movies aspect ratio was off. I set the player to widescreen and the movie was fine.
