I've read the tutorial and done everything as told but when I do a preview I just get a black screen. So I tried to start the conversion and stopped it after then seconds to see if I had picture there but nothing only sound. HELP PLEASE!?

Well did you get any codecs??

Well I downloaded them but still nothing only sound. but when I play the movie with media player I get the subtitles without doing anything (with the divx) In the tutorial they say that's because of the plug in that doesn't have the wright position but it has.

hi.
i have the same problem !
i can see the movie in any player and incode it without subtitles . but when i give my sub the same name (without the extention) and it is in the same directory i see a black screen when i'm trying to convert.
can someone please help.
