Will Swap Magic 3.3 play original Japanese games on my American NTSC V12?

I'm buying an original copy of Beatmania IIDX (8th or 9th, haven't really decided yet) and I was wondering if I'd be able to play it on my US NTSC V12 by using Swap Magic as a loader.

I have a DOWNLOADED copy of Initial D : Special Stage (full dvd) that works perfectly great on my PSTwo, but I wanted to know if Swap Magic 3.3 will load original Japanese games on my US console.

You see, IIDX games are like $65 USD + shipping, so it'd be a lot of money to LOSE if it didn't work on my PSTwo.
