Hello all~
I've been buring for a little while now, but I hate how long it takes. I use Shrink and DeCrypter with a LiteOn DVD DL Drive (up to 16x, but I don't go that high) and with a move that's about 7.5G or so, it takes me a total of about 10 to 12 hours to burn. I read in a guide that at the beginging of Shrink, it should only take 30 sec (ish) to analyize the disk, it takes mine 10 to 15 mins. I'm running an AMD processor at 1.66, or there abouts. I don't know if this in normal or if I have a prob. Thanks in advance.

A burn should not take 10 hours. your probably in pio mode

I was wondering why my "work" was taking longer. I checked and the DVD device switched to PIO, probably due to errors I was getting (crc) on recent work. Had to uninstall/install my secondary IDE to get it back to Ultra DMA Mode 2.

Wish I could lock it and forgetaboutit.
