I forgot the name but im sure theres only 1. The modchip where u just place it above the pins and gently press down instead of having to soldier it or whatever the word is. I was thinking of that but I read on the forum alot of people had bad luck and im not willing to risk that I need any information anyone has from experiance with this product " " EZI modchip.

You're talking about the DMS4 EZI modchip. I installed one in my V10 and it was a little more difficult than the instructions said it would be. It took me about an hour to install it, but you don't have to solder any wires. Everything clips on.

Go check out the forums for DMS and you will see the kinds of problems people have. Then you can maybe avoid having some of those problems.
