what is cogswaploader_exploit + cdloader v7 b52 + ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix_sorce.i downloaded them the last day and i cant use them.can you tell me how to use them aswell.i have v9 ps2.swapmagic 3.3.slide tool.wat does memery card explioit do

that is most likely something that someone put together as an "all you need to boot backups file", with a patch tool to allow PAL games to play on NTSC consoles, you have to install the cogswaploader to your mem card to use it, to do this you will need a meathod of either transfering game saves, or booting cd-r's, there's plenty of info around on this, just do a search.
and the exploit allows you to boot homebrew stuff, and backups
