Editing with TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress

Hello,

I am editing an file from my digital camcorder with TMPGEnc. 3.0 XPress. In the guide about this program (on this website) the Clip INfo window explained. I understand that the clip info window displays the properties of the file that I am editing. It is not the intention that I change here the options. E.g.the aspect ratio for the clip is Pixel 10:11 (NTSC 4:3), Do I have to change that here into PAL or do I do that in the output window?
