DMS pro4 not working - red screen TV

Hello,

I m new to this...the company that did a job for me, DMS4 pro told me that my laser isnt working and they re trying to find laser for my unit (V6) and no such luck, sent me my ps2 back and waiting for them to stock laser then let me know. i dont know if i could trust them or not hahha..

I tried use oringrial game and back up games, nothing work ( playing or read DVD). I tried laser len cleaner but nothing.

Still got red screen "please inset disc"

HELP!

have you got a modchip built in .....if so put your original in then powere off at back. power on then hold reset button until clouds apperar on screen then it should work if not it could be your laser but dont quote me on that as i am new to all this myself
