Ok, i see that you can do that swap trick on the big ps2's to get back ups to play. Well, my question is, do i need the utitlites disk to get this to work????? I dont have one of thoses and my two frinds who own ps2's (one has a slim line) never herd of the disk. Thanks

How exactly does the swap magic work? It explained it on the site, but what exactly is the "specially designed slider" and where do you put it?

its a little card you use which goes under the cd tray once the face has been removed. It then allows you to pull the cd tray out and swap the disc for a backup then you insert the tray back to its original position using the card and there you go.

The fliptop is much easier to do or if you have a slimline PS2 the magic switch is even better.
