Help with playing copied ps2 game on a old playstation

Alrite i read someone instructions on how to copy and play a game so i download the dvd decrypter program put the game on my hard drive then on a TDK DVD+R and burn it. that works, then i put it in my PS2 and it does nothing. It all says is reading disc .............I need help on what to do at this point please help!

Do you have a way to play backups. e.g swap discs or modchip. Without them no matter what you do you cannot play a backup. Also if your ps2 is an older model then they dont play dvd+r try dvd-r.

Yup, you need a modchip or swap magic to play backup games. If you are using one of those methods and it is still not working, then you will need to tell us what version ps2 you have, and what type of discs you are using.

And of course you know to always burn at the lowest setting....
