Ok I installed it but now I have no power at all! can someone tell me what I did wrong!! Please help

There are a few things you can check. First, make sure you reconnected the power supply inside the PS2. If you did that, then you may have blown a fuse. Check the fuses on the power supply and I think there are a couple on the motherboard too.

If all of that is fine, then maybe you should check out the DMS forums and see if someone over there can help you out.
