I need to rip the audio from one movie file, so that I can splice it onto the video of another... Example, I have two copies of batman and one is in russian, yet the video looks great, the second is in english, yet the video quality is bad. What program can I use to do this?

my favorite is virtualdub. just open the video file, go to file > save wav. done.
