help Dynex DVD and Sony DVD

I am running an Dynex internal DVD DX DVDRW8 and external Sony DXR-530 UL. No problem with Sony. Dynex using Nero will burn but will not mount and read after burning. I can put the same disc in Sony after burning with Dynex and it will mount and read. Below is copy of print screen from Nero tools.



and ASPI screen says not installed.

I am not young and not a computer geek and need these drives to archive my photos.

Please help.
