MPEG ENCODING TO DVD

I have encoded a mpeg file with ImTOO MPEG Encoder only to realize that this software only gives you the VOB files. Can someone suggest how to get all files needed to convert to DVD?

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
