I just got a sony DRU-720A and they tell me I have to get rid of roxio. The problem is somtimes when I put in a cd my system locks up. They tell me nero and roxio have a conflict but I want to save roxio. Has anyone had this problem?

Yea ... they do. But I've had both on my pc before w/ no problems.

I would try to uninstall both. Reinstall both, but don't install Nero's InCD4 or Roxio's Drag to Disc.

Roxio software is bottom of the barrel landfill material.
I would use the 'zapper' tool and remove any traces of it on your computer.
I would be willing to bet that will solve your problems,
Nero is much better anyway

I've got a whole folder in my browser's bookmarks titled "AD Help Links". Whenever I stumble on a bit of useful info I bookmark it(hint,hint) so I can have it at hand later on when I need it......
