I tried to do it fromt his link

I keep getting this error when i try to start up my xbmc but once i change the evoxdash back to its orginal it works fine any ideas? as as soon as i put in the modified file it stuffs up

Any ideas? i think i have configed it right can anyone show me exactly wht the xml is meant to look like etc?

??? if what you trying to do is set XBMC as your default dash you went overboard.
Install xbmc. (put it in apps, just ftp the whole folder over to it.)
Then take the xbmc.xbe and name it "default.xbe" put it in C drive. when you do that your xbox will boot xbmc not whatever you have now. (because its now the default one) Dont overright your original one, just name it something else (example "olddefault.xbe")
This should work. im not 100% though. so just make sure you have a backup, if your not comfortable just doing it.
